We strongly encourage veterans to seek a representative for their applications for review. This page contains useful information for advocates appearing at the VRB.

Hearings are conducted by a panel of three VRB members:  a Senior Member, a Services Member and a Member.

ODR is a wholly online process that lets current serving members, veterans and their families resolve applications when and where it's convenient for them. This could be at home, at work or on a phone.
